The Manaslu Circuit Trek with Tsum Valley combines two of Nepal's most culturally rich and remote trekking regions in one exceptional 19-day Himalayan journey.
The route enters the sacred Tsum Valley through Lokpa and Chumling, visiting Rachen Gompa and Mu Gompa before joining the Manaslu Circuit and crossing Larkya La at 5,160 metres.

TREK EXPERIENCE
Sacred Tsum Valley & the complete Manaslu Circuit
After driving from Kathmandu to Machha Khola, the trek follows the Budhi Gandaki River to Jagat and turns toward Lokpa. The trail then enters the secluded Tsum Valley through Chumling, surrounded by traditional villages and dramatic mountain walls.
The route continues to Rachen Gompa, Nile and Mu Gompa, where ancient Buddhist traditions and Tibetan-influenced culture remain deeply rooted in everyday life. It then returns through Chumling and joins the main Manaslu trail toward Deng, Namrung and Lho.
Beyond Samagaon and Samdo, the trek climbs to Larkya Phedi before crossing Larkya La at 5,160 metres. A long descent leads to Bimtang and Dharapani, followed by the return drive to Kathmandu through Besi Sahar.
