Day 01:
Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 02:
Kathmandu Sightseeing and Trek Preparation
Explore Kathmandu’s rich cultural heritage with visits to significant sites such as Swayambhunath Stupa (the Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, and Patan Durbar Square. Use the afternoon to finalize trek preparations, including permit arrangements and gear checks.
Day 03:
Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola
Travel by road from Kathmandu to Soti Khola, the starting point of your trek. The journey takes approximately 7-8 hours and includes a drive through Arughat Bazaar. Enjoy the scenic drive as you approach the trekking region.
Day 04:
Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola
Begin your trek from Soti Khola, passing through terraced fields and following the Budhi Gandaki River. The trek to Machha Khola takes about 6-7 hours, offering picturesque views and opportunities to experience local village life.
Day 05:
Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat
Continue trekking from Machha Khola to Jagat, navigating through charming villages and lush forests. This segment of the trek takes around 6-7 hours and introduces you to the diverse landscapes of the region.
Day 06:
Trek from Jagat to Deng
Trek through a varied terrain from Jagat to Deng, a journey that takes about 6-7 hours. The trail offers beautiful views and a gradual ascent as you move deeper into the Manaslu region.
Day 07:
Trek from Deng to Namrung
Ascend from Deng to Namrung, which takes approximately 6-7 hours. Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding peaks and experience the local culture as you approach the higher altitudes.
Day 08:
Trek from Namrung to Samagaon
Continue your trek to Samagaon, a beautiful village with magnificent views of the Himalayas. This trek lasts around 4-5 hours and offers a chance to rest and acclimatize at a higher elevation.
Day 09:
Acclimatization Day in Samagaon
Spend a day in Samagaon to acclimatize to the altitude. Explore the village, visit the local monastery, and take short hikes to help your body adjust to the higher elevations.
Day 10:
Trek from Samagaon to Samdo
Trek from Samagaon to Samdo, a village near the Tibetan border. This 4-5 hour trek prepares you for the higher altitudes and offers impressive views along the way.
Day 11:
Acclimatization Day in Samdo
Another day in Samdo for acclimatization. Use this day for rest or short hikes in the surrounding area to further acclimate to the altitude.
Day 12:
Trek from Samdo to Larke La Phedi
Trek from Samdo to Larke La Phedi, the base camp for crossing Larke La Pass. This segment of the trek takes about 4-5 hours, setting you up for the high-altitude crossing the following day.
Day 13:
Cross Larke La Pass and Trek to Bhimthang
