Standard Package: $1400 - $1600 USD per person Inclusions:

GOKYO LAKE TREK ITINERARY

Day 1:

Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal’s bustling capital. Meet your trekking team and prepare for your adventure. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 2:

Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 m / 9,186 ft). Start your trek to Phakding (2,610 m / 8,563 ft), a 3-4 hour hike through scenic landscapes. Overnight in a teahouse.

Day 3:

Trek to Namche Bazaar

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,286 ft). This 5-6 hour trek involves a steep ascent and offers spectacular views. Overnight in a teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

Day 4:

Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Spend the day acclimatizing in Namche. Explore the town, visit the Everest View Hotel, or take a short hike to acclimate. Return to your teahouse for the night.

Day 5:

Trek to Dole

Hike from Namche Bazaar to Dole (4,038 m / 13,248 ft), a 5-6 hour trek. The trail offers stunning views and passes through rhododendron forests. Overnight in a teahouse.

Day 6:

Trek to Machermo

From Dole, trek to Machermo (4,470 m / 14,663 ft) in about 4-5 hours. Enjoy the panoramic views and prepare for the higher altitude. Stay overnight in a teahouse.

Day 7:

Trek to Gokyo

Hike from Machermo to Gokyo (4,790 m / 15,715 ft), a 4-5 hour trek. Arrive at the beautiful Gokyo Lakes and enjoy the stunning scenery. Overnight in a teahouse.

Day 8:

Explore Gokyo Lakes and Climb Gokyo Ri

Spend the day exploring the Gokyo Lakes and climb Gokyo Ri (5,357 m / 17,573 ft) for incredible views of Everest, Lhotse, and Cho Oyu. Return to your teahouse in Gokyo for the night.

Day 9:

Trek to Dole

Descend from Gokyo back to Dole, about 5-6 hours. Enjoy the more leisurely trek and stay overnight in a teahouse.

Day 10:

Trek to Namche Bazaar

From Dole, trek back to Namche Bazaar in about 6-7 hours. Revisit the town and stay overnight in a teahouse.

Day 11:

Trek to Lukla

Hike from Namche Bazaar back to Lukla, a 6-7 hour trek. Celebrate your trek’s success and stay in a teahouse.

Day 12:

Fly Back to Kathmandu

Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. Spend the day relaxing and exploring the city. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 13:

Kathmandu

Enjoy a free day in Kathmandu. Explore local sights, do some shopping, and savor Nepali cuisine. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 14:

Departure

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
