Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal’s vibrant capital. Meet your trekking team and prepare for the adventure ahead. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 2:

Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 m / 9,186 ft). Begin your trek to Phakding (2,610 m / 8,563 ft), a 3-4 hour hike through picturesque landscapes. Overnight in a teahouse.

Day 3:

Trek to Namche Bazaar

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,286 ft). The 5-6 hour hike involves a steep ascent and offers stunning views. Overnight in a teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

Day 4:

Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Spend the day acclimatizing in Namche. Explore the town, visit the Everest View Hotel, or hike to nearby viewpoints. Return to your teahouse for the night.

Day 5:

Trek to Tengboche

Hike from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860 m / 12,664 ft), a 5-6 hour trek through scenic forests. Tengboche is known for its monastery and stunning mountain views. Overnight in a teahouse.

Day 6:

Trek to Dingboche

From Tengboche, trek to Dingboche (4,410 m / 14,470 ft) in 5-6 hours. Enjoy the spectacular views and stay in a teahouse.

Day 7:

Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Take a rest day in Dingboche to acclimatize. Explore the village or hike to Nagarjun Hill for panoramic views. Overnight in a teahouse.

Day 8:

Trek to Chhukhung

Hike from Dingboche to Chhukhung (4,730 m / 15,518 ft), about 3-4 hours. This village is the gateway to the high passes. Stay overnight in a teahouse.

Day 9:

Trek to Lobuche via Dingboche

Return to Dingboche and then trek to Lobuche (4,940 m / 16,207 ft), about 5-6 hours. Enjoy the stunning views and stay in a teahouse.

Day 10:

Trek to Gorak Shep and Everest Base Camp

From Lobuche, trek to Gorak Shep (5,170 m / 16,961 ft) and continue to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m / 17,598 ft), a round trip of about 8-9 hours. Return to Gorak Shep for the night.

Day 11:

Climb Kala Patthar and Trek to Pheriche

Early morning, climb Kala Patthar (5,545 m / 18,192 ft) for breathtaking views. Trek down to Pheriche (4,371 m / 14,340 ft) in 7-8 hours. Overnight in a teahouse.

Day 12:

Trek to Namche Bazaar

Hike from Pheriche back to Namche Bazaar, a 6-7 hour trek. Enjoy the familiar surroundings and stay in a teahouse.

Day 13:

Trek to Lukla

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla, about 6-7 hours. Celebrate your trek’s success and stay in a teahouse.

Day 14:

Fly Back to Kathmandu

Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. Spend the day relaxing and exploring the city. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 15:

Kathmandu

Enjoy a free day in Kathmandu. Explore local sights, do some shopping, and savor Nepali cuisine. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 16:

Departure

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
